About me
My Background
I love architecture, design and the built environment. The ability to contribute to and shape the way people live their lives fascinates me. I developed a love for design and construction throughout my childhood as I learned how to work with the land, wood, metal and concrete. I soon realized that as an architect, I could design and build whatever I wanted. I have a deep interest in green buildings and sustainable built environment. With a global mentality, green future vision, and a passion for art coming to life through architecture, I have helped to prepare myself spending the past few years getting the masters of Environmental Design of Buildings (MEDB) in The British university in Dubai supported by the university of Cardiff in UK. Sustainability has found the perfect balance between (green future and human comfort) through encouraging the sustainable technology industries that will help minimizing climate change, building a more sustainable future .
My Employment
I strongly believe in teamwork and a multi-disciplinary approach to design. My experience in different construction disciplines allows me to communicate intelligently with the different stockholders and design abilities allow me to communicate ideas and concepts effectively to clients and the public. I am able to design quickly through computer, detailed drawings and renderings. I'm living in Dubai(United Arab Emirates) and I have been working in architecture and sustainability for over nine years. My work has been featured in many competitions, Journals and conferences. I am currently employed as senior design architect and Sustainability researcher by Abu Dhabi Police (department of security buildings design) .
